The IRS automatically recognizes churches as 501(c)(3) charitable organizations if they meet the IRS requirements.  To receive a letter of good standing with the Assemblies of God and the determination letter for the General Council of the Assemblies of God please contact Crystal Hoffman, Business Manager, at choffman@penndel.org or 717-795-5921 ext 221.  Thesedocuments will serve as proof of your status as a tax exempt organization.

​$.67 is the current IRS mileage rate, effective January 1, 2024.

New for 2025! Effective January 1, 2025, all corporations in the state of PA are requiredfile an annual report by June 30th.  Failure to report will affect your PA business registration. There is no fee to file for nonprofit corporations.  See more information on the attached brochure.
