PennDel Coaching Network wants to help pastors and ministry leaders connect with certified coaches, foster coach training and spur coaching as a best practice for emerging and progressive ministry leaders and their teams. We are committed to this end, and therefore credential holders are being provided with three free months (6 sessions) of coaching, and an additional three months of coaching with a 50% subsidy provided through the Network office. You may fill out the Coaching Application to be matched with a coach.

What is Coaching?

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines a coaching relationship as a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires a person to maximize their personal and professional potential. One church planter said, “I know this — I’ve planted a church without a coach, and I’ve planted a church with a coach. All I can tell you is that I’ll never plant a church without a coach again.”

“A good coach always coaches to a leader’s potential, not his current level of performance. A good leadership coach will see the potential in you and inspire you accordingly.” Andy Stanley
