What is the Acts 2 Journey Cohort?

The Acts 2 Journey Cohort is a transformative process led by an experienced team to help you fulfill the vision you have to strengthen your church spiritually, numerically and relationally.  Join with a team of leaders from your church for a series of four weekend retreats over the course of a year to pray, dream, and strategize about the future of your church.

What are Church Consultations?​

The PennDel Ministry Network is currently in the process of developing consultants in our Network that will be available for churches by request of their pastor.  These trained consultants will work from a fee-based system and offer the following:​

• Initial Consult:  Following a church application which will provide an overview snapshot of the church, the trained consultant will travel to your location, meeting individually with pastors and key leaders in the congregation on a Saturday.  They will remain for the Sunday morning (or weekend) service(s) as a silent observer of the service, systems, and overall operations.  They will also observe the church facilities.  The consultant will then provide a report to the lead pastor for their consideration, reporting on strengths, weakness, critical-success factors, suggested changes, etc…  At this level of consult, the pastor will choose how to proceed. • Implementation Consult:  Following the Initial Consult, pastors/churches can contract directly with the consultant typically from 6-12 months to assist and coach through the change-process as outline in the Consult Report.  (Fees TBD)​
• Training Consult:  Consultants are available to conduct specific training for your team on a variety of subject and topics.  For a list of our consultant, their specialty or to contact them directly, click on the button below! (Fees TBD)​

Master’s in Organizational Leadership:  Church Recalibration​

The University of Valley Forge has partnered with the PennDel Ministry Network to provide this post-graduate degree, specializing in Church Recalibration.  PennDel Credential holders are provided a discounted price, representing a 30% discount from UVF and a continuing education grant from the PDMN.  This 2-year online program is now available for under $11,000.  ​
