WILL MY GROUP HAVE THEIR OWN ROOM(S)?
It is our desire to allow church groups to stay together during the event. Due to the design of the housing units, it may be necessary to house groups in multiple rooms and buildings. Additionally, we may need to house your group with other groups and/or chaperones if needed.
SHOULD KIDS BRING EXTRA MONEY?
Extra money is encouraged and can be used for the snack bar, CampMart, offerings, etc.
BGMC OFFERING HIGHLIGHT:
Kids Breakaway highlights missions and an offering will be received to benefit the general BGMC fund.
WHAT TO BRING:
* Bedding (pillow, sleeping bag or sheets, blanket)
* Bible
* Water bottle
* Sneakers and water socks
* Towels and washcloths
* Toiletries/personal items
WHAT NOT TO BRING (If found in a camper’s possession, they will be confiscated and returned at the end of camp.
* Cell phones
* Electronic devices/gaming systems
* Prank items
WILL THERE BE MEDICAL STAFF AVAILABLE?
Yes there will be medical staff available. Each camper is required to complete the online Medical Authorization Form.
ARE THERE VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS?
Yes, our office requires the following three items for every chaperone (18 years of age and older) who will attend with your group. These reports may take several weeks to receive, so please recruit your chaperones as early as possible. Please submit copies of these completed clearances to cmeyer@penndel.org

DO I NEED TO RENEW MY CHAPERONE SCREENING FOR 2024?
Please check your chaperones’ state clearances to determine if they are up to date. They must be renewed every 5 years. Please be aware the turnaround time for receiving results may be severely delayed due to high volume. Plan to rescreen as early as possible.
