Early-bird Registration • $125 (ends Jan. 31)

General Registration • $145

This cost includes 2 nights accomodations, 5 meals, and all breakaway events & activities.

HOW DO I REGISTER?

You can register one of two ways. You can regsiter online by following the link on this page or download an application, along with the Medical Authorization, and return it ot your church group leader with the $30 non-refundable deposit.

WHAT IS THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE?

Churches are encouraged to have their registrations complete and submitted by January 31.

WHAT IS THE ARRIVAL TIME?

Registration will open at 5:30 pm on Friday and the first service begins at 7:15 pm. Dinner will not be served Friday evening, so we encourage to make sure your Breakaway attendees are fed prior to arrival.

WHAT IS THE DEPARTURE TIME?

Sunday at 12:30 pm following lunch.

WILL MY GROUP HAVE THEIR OWN ROOM?

It is our desire to allow church groups to stay together during the event. Due to the design of the housing units, it may be necessary to house groups in multiple rooms and buildings. Additionally, we may need to house your group with other groups and/or chaperones if needed.

SHOULD KIDS BRING EXTRA MONEY?

Extra money is encouraged and can be used for the snack bar, gift shop, event t-shirts, etc. In addition, Breakaway highlights missions and a one-time offering will be presented which will benefit U.S. Missionary, Pam Hodges and her ministry, “Alaska’s Children”. Pam serves as the Children’s Ministry Director & BGMC Coordinator for the Alaska Ministry Network. She is serving the children and families of Alaska by bringing the Gospel message to remote locations that need Jesus. Learn more at akministrynetwork.org

WILL THERE BE MEDICAL STAFF AVAILABLE?

Yes. Please help our onsite nursing staff by filling out the Medical Authorization section of the application. We ask that you be thorough and list special allergies and/or medical needs. Please provide us with as much information as possible.
