Tips for Leading Productive Rehearsals - David Santistevan
Room 2/4 We all know rehearsal is important. But for worship teams in 2025, what is the best way to use that time? Is it a place of musical development or spiritual discipleship? Do we need to run the same songs over and over again? How long should it be? With the use of multitracks, rehearsal mix, and personal practice, is rehearsal even necessary for worship teams today? All this and more will be covered in this rehearsal workshop. While you may not leave with a step by step template that works for every worship team, you'll learn how to think differently about your rehearsals, and empower your team in a fresh way.

Drawing from his experience as a professional vocalist, stage actor, wedding singer, and worship leader, Adam will lead a thought-provoking discussion on moving beyond simply being a "Sunday morning cover band." Together, we’ll explore practical ways to refocus on what truly matters in worship.
