Seek & Save

We’re eager to partner with you for Seek and Save community outreaches taking place in Philadelphia this fall! Philly Seek and Save is a multi-site outreach event. Here is the schedule for Seek and Save events:​

Volunteer Requirements

All volunteers will need to complete an assumption of risk form and a background check (or show proof of one done within the past year). If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Briana Lopez at blopez@ag.org or 417-862-2781 (Ext. 3025.)

Cost

There is no registration cost for the week. Meals and lodging for the week are NOT provided and are the responsibility of the attendee.​

Evangelism Training

Each site will host their own evangelism training prior to Seek and Save. Feel free to join:

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, at 10 AM - 12 PM
Philadelphia Tabernacle - Center City

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, at 7 PM - 9 PM
CityReach Church – Tacony
(Outreach will take place at the CR – Kensington Campus) 

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 14, at 9 AM – 11 AM
CityLife Church - South Philly
(Outreach will take place near the CL – Southwest Philly campus)

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, at 9 AM - 11 PM

Seek & Save Week Schedule

MONDAY
Sept 16

Construction volunteers begin work at Philly Dream Center.

TUESDAY
Sept 17 at 7PM

All are invited to a city-wide Seek and Save prayer meeting at Philadelphia Tabernacle in Center City.

TUESDAY - SATURDAY
Sept 17 - 21

Volunteers will have the opportunity to serve at one of the four locations with street evangelism. Youth Alive Student Ministry, CAN Missing Children Ministry, and Recovery Ministries will also be taking place throughout the city.

FRIDAY
Sept 20 - 2PM - 8PM

Volunteers assist with Convoy of Hope grocery packing at CityLife Church in South Philly.

SATURDAY
Sept 21

Each site will host a block party on Saturday. Volunteers will assist with: Set up (stage, sound, tables, etc.), Kid Carnival Games/Face Painting, Inflatables, Grocery Give-Away, Food – Hot Dogs, Chips & Drink, Prayer Station and Guest Registration.

AG Home Missions brings the hope of Jesus to various relational, ethnic, cultural, and needs groups within the U.S. Its seven windows include: Adult and Teen Challenge, U.S.A., Chaplaincy Ministries, Chi Alpha Campus Ministries, U.S.A., Church Mobilization, Intercultural Ministries, U.S. Specialized, and Youth Alive.
