Dr. Troy H Jones is the Lead Pastor of New Life Church in the Seattle area. Founded in 1926, New Life has grown under his leadership into a multisite church of 5,000 people meeting in five campuses.

Troy holds a doctorate from Assemblies of God Theological Seminary and is a sought-after speaker, coach, and consultant. He is also the founder of The Recalibrate Group and has a passion for helping well-established churches rediscover their vision and excitement. His most recent book, “Ignite Your Church: How to Be an Architect, Not an Arsonist” is due out this spring.

Troy and Jana, his wife of 34 years, live in a 125-year-old-house that they literally picked up and moved down the street to save from demolition. Their painstaking renovation stands as a testament to their love of old things made new. The pride of their lives is their two daughters, two sons-in-law, and four grandbabies.
