Application for Coaching Services

Note: the PennDel Network will pay for your first three months of coaching (6 calls).

After the first three months you will have opportunity to continue with ½ of the cost being paid by PennDel for an additional 3 months.

You will be responsible for the other half of the cost payable to PennDel Network.

After 6 months you may continue and we recommend that your church pick up all or part of the cost.
