Bridge Builders has been developed to assist churches experiencing the challenges of conflict within the church body. Typically, churches can secure the services of a ministry like Peacemakers and contract for mediation or turn to the district officials for intervention. Bridge Builders provides an additional option through neutral parties supplementing local efforts through training, coaching and mediation between parties involved in relational challenges.

How Can Bridge Builders Help the Local Church?
Through Mediation - A Bridge Builder team will meet with various individuals or groups within the church involved in conflict to evaluate the issues and offer Biblical solutions that bring healing and resolution.
Through Coaching – Bridge Builders team members are available to assist or coach, with Godly counsel and expertise, those involved in conflict.
Through Training - Bridge Builders team members are available to offer conflict resolution training to pastors, church staff, board members, leaders and members of the local church. Proper training can provide new opportunities for the churches to develop their own “Bridge Builders” team.
