Equip Conference

It is our desire to help you in equipping the laity as a force to minister in your community. We have put together over 30 workshops that we believe will assist you. If we are offering an area of ministry your church has not begun, then we encourage you to find that key lay person to lead in the development of that ministry. Perhaps you can award either partial or full scholarships for those already involved in ministry.

This would be an ideal opportunity for you, your deacons/board members, lay leaders and persons of influence to be equipped for ministry and grow in unity as a team. The ride to and from the training will be invaluable. Imagine spending time with your team sharing your vision and the excitement of the ride back to your mission field. Lunch is included and will be on site .
Various publishing houses offer training and charge twice as much per person only to place everyone together for the entire day without specialized training in their area of ministry; we want to offer you more! Pastor, you can train fifteen lay volunteers and spend less than a week’s salary for a full time staff pastor.
A second mailout will be distributed in early September with specific details on the workshops available as well as a roster for your group to use for sign-up.  Please be on the lookout for those items to arrive at your church.
